CHINESE CHICKEN RICE

So, lets dig in to some chinese cuisine people!
Chinese Chicken rice also known as Hainanese Chicken rice is adapted from early chinese immigrants which originates from Hainan province from southern China. People in Singapore consider it as the national dish of Singapore. It has been described as the "40 Singapore Food we can't live without".
Method to prepare :
- poach the entire chicken at sub-boiling temperature in a chicken bone stock
- reuse the broth over and over and only topping it up with water when needed
- prepare flavoral and oily rice with Southeast Asian pandan leaves (some adds coconut milk to make it taste like Nasi lemak rice)

In Singapore and Malaysia the dish is served with dipping sauce of freshly minced red chilli and garlic. Frsh cucumbers in chicken broth and light soy sauce is served are served with the chicken, which is usually served in room temperature. Now, they are served boneless. i bet when you taste it fro the first timethere willbe jaw droppings and eyes popping to shovel in more rice and to add some more chicken)
Sometimes people like to pour the dark soy sauce and ginger mixture all over the rice and eat each bite of chicken dipped with the chilli sauce but everybody has their own type of eating it. All we have to do is to enjoy the meal despite how we eat it.
